We prefer payment through PayPal, for quickest delivery please use PayPal.

You can also pay by personal cheque for UK deliveries but please expect a delay while funds clear.

Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase or the item will be re-listed.

We try to ship your order within 2 working days of receipt of payment, unless it is a made to order item in which case the listing will explain the shipping time. We will always contact you if there is going to be a delay. Please ensure you have checked my shop announcement in case I am on vacation or otherwise away from my computer for any length of time.

UK customers: UK orders are despatched by second class post and should arrive in 2 to 3 days; please advise if you require next day special delivery (additional charges may apply).

International customers: All international orders are despatched by airmail with proof of posting; please contact us if you require additional insurance or tracking (additional charges may apply). Please note we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of orders if no tracking is added.

Please note that any customs charges incurred by your package will be your responsibility. Airmail from the UK to the US normally takes 7-10 days to arrive, but during the holiday period it can be much slower, so make sure you order your gifts in plenty of time!
